Grant Application for 2010-2011

The Blowing Rock Community Foundation, Inc. is required by IRS regulations to restrict its grants to 501c (3) or otherwise qualified organizations. Based on the Foundation's Bylaws, grants are restricted to those entities that benefit the "Greater Blowing Rock Area."
